Established in 1941

Clearview is a third-generation company, originally established in 1940's Idaho Falls, Idaho by        Lyle G. Bowen.  With Lyle the company really cut its teeth in business and over the next 13 years Lyle morphed the company into a land acquisition and insurance company. Incorporated in 1954 as Bowen Insurance Company Inc. BIC became a driving force in the local and regional markets. Over the years the company became very prosperous under Lyle and towards the end of the 1970's the company changed hands as well went thru a small rebranding; the company was morphed even more becoming more of a construction company and supplier. Thru the 1980's and 90's the company was run divisionally. In the mid 2000's the grandson of Lyle was starting to take over and begin the transition which ultimately moved the divisions of the company to Dallas. In 2016 the company again changed hands and was rebranded into Clearview Architectural. Now in our eighty first year Clearview Architectural has become a leading provider of building and construction services. Now based in a Dallas suburb Clearview is a Full-Service General Contractor, Specializing in project-based supply, and project management in the areas of: Multifamily, Rehabilitation, Renovation & Restoration.  High-End Residential, including expansions, renovations and new construction custom builds. Commercial finish out in many areas of Commercial Construction, including Food Services, Hospitality, Medical, Educational, Entertainment, and Mixed-use spaces/offices.                                        As a company, we transform not only structures, but also the communities in which we work.
